Hi Peter & KC,
Attached pls. see the template that has been worked out 2 month back.  The actual stock price is certainly different from current, but the intent is more on checking the formula, assumption and the thought process of the stock valuation.  Good if you could point out the mistake and also missing part of the valuation.  Thanks.
Note: Management part has yet to be worked out.  i will be sending the template through email.
