Hello KC & Peter,
I am a newbie in Stock Investment, would like to understand below questions:

  1. Structured Warrant
    • What is Structure Warrant?
    • It is same meaning / definition as Warrant?
    • The purpose of its existence as compare with mother share?
    • Could you please explain the process flow of it starting from AGM proposal till its expiry date?
    • How many types of Warrant & its type description / differentiation of a share, e.g. CBIP-CA to CBIP-CF?
    • How many types of Structure Warrant is allowable to have for a listing company?
    • What benefits to minor share holders?
  2. Share Buyback
    • What is it?
    • The purpose of its existence?
    • What happen to those buy back shares?
    • Can the Share Buyback event allowable to happen annually?
    • What benefits to minor share holders?
  3. Stock Analysis
    • Is CBIP a good stock to buy or keep for long term?
    • As for Japan Tobacco INC share which is listed in Tokyo Japan.
      • What is the Margin of Safety of this stock?
      • Is it worth to keep for long term or dispose in short term?

Thanks, Cherk Ming.

Hi Cherk Ming,

It seems you have lots of questions, and i wonder whether have you gone thru the quick start module? If not, i STRONGLY suggest you go thru the quick start module first.

Also, do note that this course does not give “fish” to its members. If you expect this, then perhaps this is not the right course for you. This course aims to educate the members to learn how to fish for themselves.  Thus, questions like “Is CBIP a good stock to buy or keep for long term?” is asking for a fish rather than learning how to fish for yourself.
Thanks.
