Hi. I am a total newbie in trading on stock market. How do I start trading, I mean from the very beginning, like open an account?

No worries. Your situation is the best to start at Bursa Method.
To have a trading account, you need to choose a broker (like Public Bank, MBB, Hong Leong, Rakutentrade etc)

I personally prefer Public Bank for their superb service and also the margin financing, for local stocks.
For the US Stocks, I use Interactive Brokers.
