Hi KC
I tried by scanning the QR code but the link just hanged every time I clicked on it.
Is there any other ways

Hi Jim, try installing the Telegram app on your phone first (from iOS appstore or Google Play store). Then scan the QR code using your phone.
Let me know if problem still persist.
