    How do I make renewal payment?

    If you pay using credit card, it will be charged on the next billing cycle automatically. If you make payment through bank (only available for yearly subscription option), we will send you reminders to renew your membership when it is due.

    What if I want to cancel my subscription to Platinum Membership?

    We know you will LOVE the support and attention we give to Platinum Members and will see great results and a generous return on your investment! However, if for whatever reason you aren’t satisfied in any way, or you don’t think you are getting enough results, we have a 30-day money back guarantee for the yearly subscription option. If you only decided not to renew on the next billing cycle, just send us an email to notify.

    Can I make payment through bank?

    Yes. But only for yearly subscription option. Kindly make payment by following the instruction below:

    You can bank in cash, cheque (payable to “Lau Kong Chyuan”) or Internet banking transfer.

    STEP 2: After making payment, please send an email to: support@kclau.com (click this email link will open your email client) Make sure you have the following info in your email:

    – email title/subject: Order Bursa Method Platinum Membership
    – your name
    – proof of payment (screenshot, scanned receipt, PDF etc)
