Answer for HI KCLau/Peter Can u show me an example of comparing a company to KLCI index? Could you explain more on the KLCI and how i should use it?

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index, also called FBMKLCI, is a capitalization-weighted stock market index, composed of the 30 largest companies on the Bursa Malaysia by market capitalization that meet the eligibility requirements of the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Index Ground Rules.
Basically it is like a representatives companies that is supposed to represent how well the overall Malaysia stock market it doing. It is normally the benchmark for doing comparison.
